End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TeamCord ("Company", "we", "us") for the use of the TeamCord mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with managing or participating in youth sports teams, in accordance with this EULA and any applicable usage rules set forth by app distribution platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Application.
  • Use the Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.
  • Use the Application to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by TeamCord and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the Application (messages, events, rosters, etc.). By using the Application, you grant TeamCord a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including AI-powered features.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, push notification services, AI providers). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. TeamCord is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer subscription plans or in-app purchases. Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are described in our Terms of Service. Purchases made through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) are also subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Application is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamCord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated EULA within the Application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
